Robuschi vacuum pumps

Robuschi stands out as one of the main supplier of vacuum solutions. Thanks to its liquid ring vacuum pump series, Robuschi is able to offer a wide vacuum range, capable of achieving up to 33 mbar (a) and of sucking gas and vapors without contamination from lubricants and with nearly isothermal gas compression. The liquid ring vacuum pump series assures reduced water consumption, low noise and vibrations, minimum maintenance. The range includes complete groups (KRVS, CRVS, LRVS), especially developed for the vacuum generation in different sectors.

The range of Robuschi vacuum pumps consists of compact systems with vacuum pumps, CRVS, coupled to the electric motor with elastic coupling transmission. The CRVS base has been specially designed to ensure high stiffness and low vibrations. The range also includes LRVS systems. They are equipped with belts and pulleys counter-transmission, a patented oscillating motor suspension device, which allows to reduce the load on the pump and motor bearings, keeping the belt tension constant over time.

The range of Robuschi liquid ring vacuum pumps includes the pump (RVS) which can be supplied as a bare shaft or coupled as a complete unit (CRVS, CRVS, LRV). The variety of solutions makes it possible to meet the different needs of numerous application sectors.

They can be installed in the food and beverage industry in degassing processes, oil refining, in systems for concentrating and removing impurities. In the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, Robuschi vacuum pumps and groups are found in distillation, degassing, drying and solvent recovery processes. In the plastic industry, liquid ring vacuum pumps are installed in degassing processes.
